Fairly clean hotel with marvellous location in Clearwater Beach just off Fort de Soto park, Dunedin and Honeymoon Island as well as the fantastic Gulf Coast beach. A lot of awesome food for meals. Amicable, incredibly nice people working here.

I had a great stay for 2 nights at Surf N' Sand in Clearwater Beach. The weather was wonderful. The food was awesome with a huge variety of options. I really enjoyed my spotless room with a full kitchen and WiFi. The pool area was very clean and the location was marvelous, just off the fantastic Gulf Coast beach, shops, restaurants, bars, and Clearwater Bay.

I really got my money’s worth at Surf N' Sand. The room was clean and comfy, and the location was perfect with the beach and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and always went above and beyond to address any issues.

The hotel breakfast menu could use a little improvement, maybe a wider variety of options would be nice.

We decided to take a break from our busy family holiday in Orlando and spent a night at Surf N' Sand. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk from the beach and a great beach bar and grill. The rooms were basic but clean, and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. In the morning, we woke up to a stunning view of our pool and a quiet little marina. The hotel was small and intimate, with soundproof rooms and a well-maintained pool. The trolley service was a convenient way to explore the area, and the deck offered a relaxing spot to enjoy the beautiful view of the bay and stars at night. we had a great experience at Surf N' Sand and even managed to disconnect from our devices, thanks to the relaxing atmosphere.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The hotel was fairly clean and peaceful with free Wi-Fi. A decent size and updated rooms with nice views of the bay and the ocean. Excellent staff in the whole property. Plenty of awesome options for meal. All in all marvelous and stunning location, very close to the beach.

We had a great stay at Surf N' Sand Motel. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the transaction was easy and reliable, and we had a spacious 2 BR apartment. the location was slightly offset from the pier 60 area, which allowed for some downtime. It was perfect because we could easily walk to the beach and enjoy the beautiful intercoastal view. the property had a dock where we could even go fishing. Despite being close to the hub of activity, the motel was small and intimate, and surprisingly soundproof. We couldn't hear anything from the courtyard or our neighbors above or below.

We would definitely recommend this place to others.

We stumbled upon this hotel and ended up really liking it. The room was nice and overlooked the water. The location was very good, with the beach and town center within walking distance. The staff treated us well and we enjoyed the hotel's private dock on the water.

As women traveling alone, we loved the location of the hotel, just 10 minutes from the stunning sunset at pier 60 and 2 minutes from Clearwater beach. the studio room had all the necessary amenities and a beautiful view of the bay from the nearby pier. It was great to have a kitchen to prepare our meals, saving us money.

We felt extremely safe during our stay and the staff was always accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.
